Free Shipping On Every Order 🚚

Every FaithGlow order ships free, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Deliveries to remote areas, and orders during busy periods like Christmas, can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Ordering for Christmas? 🎄

If you're ordering a gift for Christmas, we recommend placing your order at least 3–4 weeks before the big day so it arrives in time.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be charged customs duties or import taxes when it arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office, are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.

Wrong address or missing parcel

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, please check with your neighbours and your local post office first. If your order still hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email us and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
