30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your FaithGlow. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email us at faithglow123@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without approval can't be accepted.
- Send the item back in its original condition and packaging, with all parts and designs included.
Return postage
Return postage is paid by the customer and isn't refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns that are lost on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your FaithGlow arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to pay any return postage.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Just email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Your consumer rights
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.
